⮞ We take commissions are based on various factors, including order of submission, artist schedule, request screening, etc. Please be mindful that a commission request can be declined due to various reasons.
⮞ Please make timely payment when an invoice is sent, you have one week to do so. Failure of payment within due date will result in termination unless special arrangement have been negoticated prior to due date.
⮞ Payments should be made upfront in USD via Paypal or Stripe within our site through the built in payment portal, unless otherwise specified.
⮞ Client should not contact with studio members via social media or mediums other than the official channel, the failure to comply is considered a violation of TOS. All communication records will be retained for transparency reasons with all parties. We retain the right to terminate and consequently blacklist client from future endeavors if TOS is breached.
⮞ We will contact the client through our chat system, or other communication channels such email, Google Chat Space, discord, etc (determined prior to commision starts), to report on progress on the project.
⮞ Client must remain communicative to ensure that progress can be continuously made till the deliverable date. Should the Client provide a non-communicative stands within the duration of 10 days, the Project will be terminated with no refunds.
⮞ The project manager may not respond immediately.We usually respond within 12 hours, but please allow 1-2 working days for us to respond to your questions.
⮞ All our estimation and quotes are based on the original commission.If the client would like to make changes beyond the scope of the initial conditions set, client will be responsible for making additional payments based on additional quotes given to client.
⮞ The client should, but not required to, identify Elda Solar Studio for the work commissioned (crediting Elda Solar Studio via social media handles in descriptions is appreciated).
⮞ Elda Solar Studio may display our work on various platforms, such as portfolio, social media post, advertisement, etc. in regards to the commision, we reserves the right to do so unless confidentiality is requested and negotiated on.
⮞ If the client would like to add additonal request after a commisions are closed, they will be prioritized, and placed in our queue system. The speed we process these addtional request varies based on the conditions given and availability of our artists.
⮞ Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) or cryptocurrencies are not within commission contract agreement and may not be used in the creation process of any NFT or Crypto related projects.
⮞ Elda Solar Studio aims to create a friendly relationship between all of our parties and ask clients to be respectful of racial, gender, political, or other views and opinions. We have a zero tolerance policy for the use of studio products and services for hate or discrimination and will not accept any work from candidates whose failed to comply.
⮞ We deliver all of our products with a stanard Commercial License, assuming all clients will use our products for commercial purposes. The commercial licenses we offer can be seen in the following sections.
Everything within standard commercial license plus right of producing digital and physical merchandise. Additional Fee will apply, this can be discussed before/after delivery.
⮞ Any information and materials, including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, or sensitive business information, supplied to Elda Solar Studio shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to the public without the client's prior written permission. You can also read our detailed documents on privacy and confidentiality here.
Client may contact Elda Solar Studio in written form to terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination after both party reaches agreement, we reserve the right to access the situation and determine the proper handling and compensation. A general guide line to how this will be handled can be referred to through the compensation agreement are noted in the following:
Artist/s agree to compensate the client at 90% to 100% of the total compensation if the work have not begun on the commission. (Some artists require a small nonrefundable deposit to quote due to busy schedules.)
Client agrees to compensate artist/s at least 25% to 75% of the total compensation if artist/s have partially completed the commission. The exact amount can be determined upon discussion with all parties and is dependent on the progress of the commission.
The client agrees to compensate the artist/s in full if artist/s have completed the commission at the time of cancellation unless otherwise written in the contract.
Elda Solar Studio reserve the right to accept/reject any delivery request/proposal if we deem unfitting for our schedule.
