Tell us what you want by submitting the commission request form, please be as detailed as possible and try to fill out each field as you can. Based on the information provided, our system will move you through the queue and let you know the exact process you are on, as well as what you will be looking for next.

Match with artisit(s)
We will find the best artist(s) to work with your commission base on your package selection, death line, budget, and refrence art style. You may choose which artist(s) you wish to work with but there is no guarantee. A detailed invoice and timeline will be available on your dashboard when we match the artist(s) with your commission.

Commission starts
Once you have confirm with the match artist(s) and made a deposit payment, the commission process will start. Our platform will update and notify you on each proceeding step. Our process usually compose of but not limited to: ❅ Require for feedback, comments, clarification, or communication ❆ Artist delivered major or minor milestone, such as draft, touch up, design variations, etc. ✼ Artist require stage sign-off, or stage finalization Time taken for each step will vary depending on the package you select, we will help you track your progress and let you know first thing.

Final delivery & hand over
After everything agreed on are finalized, we will release all package deliverables and make them downloadable via your dashboard when we receive your final payment. You will also get the chance to ask for additional contents produced for you with minimal line-up time. We will make our best effort to help you grow.
